Wia (where is application) diventa GPL

Dato il grande successo e l'indice di gradimento che sta riscuotendo WIA nel panorama LINUX ho pensato di rilasciare il codice sorgente e di cambiare la licenza, portandola da freeware a GPL. Questo al fine di consentire a tutti gli utenti di linux (indipendentemente dalla propria piattaforma Ubuntu, Fedora, etc...) di installare il programma.
Per installare il software è necessario seguire il file README allegato.
