Dears Sirs,

I want to tell you about an article on “La Stampa”, one of the most important italian newspaper, that, in my humble opinion, is damaging the image of Linux because it spreads false rumors about Linux and
Linus Torvalds.

I and other italian linux users have tried to write a comment on “La Stampa” post, to explain that Chrome OS and also Android are based on linux kernel, but all our comments were not published.

Secondo il giornalista Valerio Mariani, che scrive per “La Stampa”, il nuovo sistema operativo di Google, tra l’altro ancora in Alpha, sarebbe il canto del cigno di Linux

Seguono amenità tipo: “Partendo da queste notizie si evince che è possibile che la battaglia tra i sistemi operativi del futuro si giochi proprio sulla velocità di boot degli stessi, sulla loro leggerezza e sulla loro essenzialità.
