Well, no. But, talking about mobile operating systems, I hope that.

Yesterday, March 6, Apple released the official SDK for developing application for the iPhone. Here you can find more information on how to download it (requires a registration), and a lot of documentation.

The programs are written in C or objective-C, with a (seems to be, I need to investigate) webpage-like layout.

You can use Javascript, HTML and othe web languages, and get benefits from the Cocoa touch screen interface, handled by events when talking to a programmer side.
